    OUCH!
Unfortunately you've been scammed - twice!
Your Windows Key is a Blocked MSDN account Key, which has been resold against the terms of use.
Your Office XP install is of a version that was only sold in bulk to organisations for use on their own PC's - the Key itself used to belong to MS, until someone leaked it to the Internet, and it was blocked.

You need to try and claim a refund (NOT a replacement) from the vendors for both items (who were they? - name and shame!), although I suspect that they will be long gone by now.

You can make your Windows genuine by purchasing a legal Full Retail Key from the MS Store - I recommend that you ask for the disks rather than a download, that way you have backup if you need to reinstall later (make sure that you keep the Key, which will be emailed to you, in a safe place, as the key will not be in the disk package)

Please read the Blocked Keys sticky, and the Buying safely Online sticky at the head of the forum index page for more details.
