VB 6 Application issue on Vista Only

Vista Event Viewer Generate this error
While Other Windows like 98,2000,NT,XP,2008 running well, Not giving any error
Only getting error on
Vista (Home)Premium Version
while Vista Ultimate & Business working fine ---------------------------------------------------------------------

The entry<E:\Program\SA\EMPLOYEE.LDB> in the has map can not be updated.
Context: Application, SystemIndex Catalog
Details:
A devoce attached with the system is not functioning.(0X8007001f)

The desription for event id 1001
From source Salon Assistant can not be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event is originated on another computer, the display information had have to be saved with the event.
