Can't log into collaboration tool on windows 7 IE 8 RRS feed

  • Can't log into Microsoft Translator Collaboration Tool on windows 7 IE8 but can on XP IE8 and also on Firefox 20.0.1 on Windows 7.

    Any ideas on how o make this work on IE8 on Windows 7 SP1

    I am assuming that you’ve been using our Collaborative Translations Framework (CTF) via our Widget and that you’re referring to the problem of signing into Dashboard, correct?  Have you started seeing this problem recently?  Thanks.  Microsoft Translator team

  • Yes, problem showed up a few months ago, for many months I was able o log in using my window 7 workstation. Any suggestions?

  • Hi William, Would you mind providing me the url of your site?  I am using Windows 7 and IE9 and have never encountered any sign-in problem.   Make sure that you haven’t signed in to any other site(s) prior to signing in to Dashboard.  Microsoft Translator Team

    It's difficult for us to see what's going on then.  Why don't you try to upgrade your IE.  You can download IE9 to see whether your problem can be resolved.  Thanks.  Microsoft Translator Team

  • Corporat standard is IE8

  • Could this be causing issue, we have 3 domains with windows live id as admin being same on all 3?

    Also if use machine that has not logged in to collaboration it works for a few log in's.
