Keeps asking me to activate Office

Question
-
I am hoping someone can help me with this issue. I have been through your site and did the diagnostics which I copied to my clipboard and have posted below.
Whenever I go into either Office Excel or Word (so far) and try to download templates, I first get a You may be victim of software counterfeiting. The following Microsoft Office Software is not genuine. Then in the Box below it indicates Microsoft Project. I go through the business of "Get Genuine". Says that the product is not activated. I keep going through the process - then get a product activated message.
I then go back to the Office product that I am using, try again to download a template, and get all the same messages again. This is frustrating me to no end. The product is legit, purchased through where I work, with licence fees and everything else.... I can't figure this out.
Many thanks to anyone who can assist with lowering of my blood pressure this afternoon.
Cheers,
LizzieB

LizzieB,
As far as the Project Professional 2007 is concerned we are able to determine that that program is genuine. If it's possible, please try to reactivate Project Professional 2007. If this doesn't work, you may need to uinstall and then reinstall Project Professional 2007 with the original media and product key, OR, however your corporation installs software.
I hope this information helps,

LizzieB,
If you could, also re-run the diagnostic report so we can have a clean copy to analyze here, that would be great.
