Purchased but won't install; free trial won't work!! RRS feed

  • I purchased OneCare this afternoon, but it never led me to a download screen to download what I had bought.  I tried to go back to the purchase screen but it says this action can't happen because I've already bought it.  Still no downloading screen.

    Finally, I downloaded the 90-day free trial version, but it still says my computer is at risk (with the mean red icon) and that it cannot turn on automatic updates at this time.

    HELP ME!!!

    ...Or at least get me a refund.

  • Open OneCare and click on the link to Subscribe. Use the LiveID that you purchased with and it should recognize the subscription and activate.

    For the Automatic Updates issue, go to Control Panel, Automatic Updates and try turning it on from there. If that does not work, or if you are still having problems activating, please contact support.
