    Someone sent me the following link by email:

    http://www.liel.net/Liel-ClintonVideo2.wmv

    but when I click on it, it goes through the motions of downloading an 8.2Mb file, but when it's finished, the window is blank and nothing happens; there's no trace of a .wmv file on the system either. The same happens both on my Mac and on a PC.

    Do I need some extra software to make it work? I'm told it's very good.

    wmv is windows media vedio file.. this will run in the new windows media player. Get it installed on ur pc and enjoy the video. U can also use the Klite codec pack to enhance ur existing media player.

     

    As far as the downloading is concerned just choose the download option rather than the play from location when u click on it.

    Do u have windows media player in your system ? if yes can u atleast hear the audio part of the file ? ? else download codes for windows media player  and try playing the file .....
