Product Key Invalid with 2 year old laptop

Question
-
I have a Windows Vista Basic that I just restarted only to turn it on again to find that I had to enter a product Key. I found the product key on a sticker on the bottom of my laptop but it says its invalid. Theres a little white notification on the bottom right hand side stating that this windows is not genuine? what does that mean? I really need to get my laptop back in working order for college work asap! I sent it away last week to get the CD drive fixed and to have it fixed - they erased everything and rebooted I presume? Would that have anything to do with it?
Id really appreciate any help as I've tonnes of college work i need to be at! :( thank you!

XXXXX-XXXXX-2JJ3Q-RV8P3-T9WVM --- XXXXX-OEM-7332166-00019 --- Fujitsu Siemens The installed version of Vista Basic was installed with a Fujitsu Siemens OEM SLIC key and not a Toshiba SLIC Key which should have ended in XXXXX-XXXXX-VRW92-3VTYM-HBTPB --- XXXXX-OEM-7332166-00152 --- Toshiba from information from the "hackers site" I just visited. The SLIC code is what is used by the bios to self-activate the operating system. When information doesn't match then you get a failed activation. What this means is that the repair shop did not reinstall your Vista Home Business with a Toshiba repair or recovery disk but used one that they had on hand and it isn't going to work. When you attempted to validate the Fujitsu OEM install with the Toshiba COA (the one on the bottom of the computer) product key it properly said it was invalid.
If you have a rebuild disk set that came with the computer or if the factory rebuild partition is still on the hard drive you will need to restore the computer back to factory delivered status with that recovery media or partition. No disks, you need to contact Toshiba and hope you can purchase a rebuild set from them for a nominal charge. Of course I would also be contacting the repair place and demanding that they put the proper operating system on the computer and not just use anything lying around. You do deserve a refund.
I also noted that you have a blocked version of Office

The Software Licensing process is a random one - and it can be a few days between checks (usually around three days). Factor in that the machine has to get new data every so often to do the tests, and it can take a while, even without the possibility that it can take months before MS become aware of a problem with any given key.
