Error unable to connect to remote server applying Rollup 21 for CRM 4.0 RRS feed

  • hi!

    I am in the process of upgrading my CRM 4.0 > CRM 2011 > CRM 2013...

    I started by applying Rollup 3, then Rollup 7. It went through fine! Next I was trying to apply Rollup 21  which has a prerequisite of rollup 7 and .dotnet 3.5 SP1.  I am getting the following error when I run rollup 21.

    Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Common.Update.DBRemoveAction failed.
    Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
    Unable to connect to the remote server
    Unable to connect to the remote server
    No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:80

    Any ideas?
