Changes made to notes on CRM not reflected onto the Customer Portal RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I have an issue with updating infomation on CRM and displaying it onto my deployed customer portal website. When I add a note to the customer portal (currently it only has the function to add notes), I can see the changes on CRM, but when I delete a note from a case on CRM, the customer portal can't see the change. I have tried redeploying the solution and the notes seem to update so I think the problem has something to do with the XrmContext.

    Has anyone had a similar problem or does anyone have any tips on how I can go about solving this issue?
