Creating new record from lookup brings up wrong quick create form RRS feed

  • Hi Everyone,

    I have a problem regarding the 'new' function of a lookup field in a CRM 2013 deployment. I am using the potential customer field on the opportunity, which could be either an account or a contact. The problem is that if I click 'new' on the lookup, the contact quick create form pops up, however I would like to open an account quick create form by default. Is there a solution to change this behavior?
