Tracking Archived Items Into CRM RRS feed

  • one of the users tried to track an archived item but got the following error message: ( Only Items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

    Is there a way round this? Or would they have to extract this from archive in order to track?
