  • Well IIS Express is not the real III with the real IIS being localhost IIS, and the local IIS is what you published to localhost IIS.

    Yeah everything was honkydory on IIS Express, and then you come to find out that it don't work on the real IIS

    You could have seen all of this coming exposed it, debugged it and maybe fixed it if you would have had Visual Studio deploy the Web project to local IIS, the real IIS hooking up the source code bettwen vs and local IIS so one can debug against the real IIS.
