    It looks to me as if you just need to do a telephone Activation - Have you tried it?

    Does this IBM/Lenovo computer have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) affixed to it?

    If so, what version and edition of Windows is listed on the Certificate of Authenticity sticker ?  (Do not post the product key!)
