You are not authorised to perform this action

Ok, now that I re read this, I'm not surprised by this. I think we should do something about this but at least I think I understand the reason. Users that access a forum they do not have access to see "You are not authorized to perform this action." So when you sign out, you have not credential at the same forum URL. We should probably either give a more helpful message like "You cannot access this forum, please sign in". But that error condition page serves a few other purposes/paths so we'd have to write some extra code to conditionally render different messages in different places. I'll log a bug on this but not sure when we'll get to it. Thanks for being patient on this, I should have realized what was going on earlier.

I'm guessing you are logging into the partner forums? We have had some reports of this problem, but they have been centered around partners without profiles in our system, or new partners. If there is any way you can repro this, please reply back, as I want to get to the bottom of this.

Hi Brent,
I just got this happen again.
I logged into the partner forums, Dynamics GP forum.
I added a question and did a submit.
I attempted to log out and it gave the "not authorized" message.
It happened around 28-Feb-2011 @ 16h50 EST
Also, this is my second attempt to submit this message. I got an "Error on page" notice from Internet Explorer my during my first attempt.
