Maybe because it doesn't belong to the technet/msdn part of the microsoft forums. When you check the url at the top now, it either says msdn or technet, depending on what you're using.

I thought Microsoft was Microsoft & a Forum in Microsoft was a Forum in Microsoft.
If not then I should have a different login to access another type of Forum?
Next we will have Forums within Forums

Well, regardless of where you ask, the answer is that Answers/Community is a different platform. So you'll have to find your threads for that platform over on that platform.
This is where you can ask questions about the Community platform: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/feedback/forum?tm=1361617090296&tab=all
Although once you land on that site, you can just click your profile to find your threads.
