Windows explorer stopped working" and "Get Started Tab" RRS feed

    I find it impossible to open Control Panel. The error message reads " Windows explorer stopped working... Checking for a solution"

    Whatever you do next another message appear "Windows explorer is restarting" the screen goes blink and  refresh. I downloaded the "Get started Tab" to Word, Excel and Powerpoint but still i cannot see on the ribbon.

    Please help. I am sending my report.

    Hi Jose Neves,

     

      Although having Control Panel not opening is usually associated with Reduced Activation Mode caused by Vista being in a Non-Genuine state, in your case, this is not so. You Vista is Genuine and I do not see any Licenising error codes.
