    Hi team,

    as far as I know CRM Online Subscription comes with 5 GB Data Storage?

    What data does this include? Is this just transactional crm data? What about Files, Attachments,...?

    The 5 GB base storage is used for everything - all CRM data, files/attachments, customizations, reports, etc.  (You can purchase additional storage in 1 GB increments as needed.)  In practice the files/attachments consume much more storage than anything else.

    Can you confirm that the 5Gb is per user and this can be shared across an organisation?

     i.e. an organisation with 100 users will have 500Gb total storage and some users my consume more than 5Gb as long as the total organisation is within the 500Gb total.

    hi,

    What do you mean by 5 GB per account ?

    just to confirm, if I create an acount called X ltd, dooes it mean that I will have 5GB of storage for this account ? what about if I we have 100 accounts , is it gonna be 500 GB? .

    Let's not confused here about an Account in CRM and a CRM Online account subscription. If you have a CRM Online account subscription you have an initial 5Gb of data storage. Within the  CRM Online account subscription you can have multiple CRM Accounts and multiple user accounts but you still only have an initial 5Gb.

    No worries, the cost of additional staorage is $9.99 per 1 GB.

    Further clarification:  Additional storage in units of 1 GB can be purchased at a price of $9.99 (plus applicable taxes) per GB per month.

    Go to Administration - Subscription Managment to get additional storage.
