CRM 2011 Setting Managed Properites

We have a solution with 100+ custom entities and 1000+ custom fields. Is there a way to update managed properties across all these objects in one shot? We would be open to .net, Scribe, 3rd party tools. Any ideas or thoughts?

I was hoping to customize the managed properties to entities, forms, and fields.

Managed Properties for Entities For example:

Display Name can be modified:

Can Change Additional Properties

New Forms can be created

New Charts can be created

New Views can be created
