Who completed a Task in a Case Workflow? RRS feed

    We have a Case workflow that creates tasks for different departments and I was wondering if there is an easy way to tell who completes the individual task in the workflow? Who was the actual user that Marked it Complete?

    I saw the audit history on the Case and noticed the 'Changed By' but really couldn't tell on there who stepped through the tasks in the workflow on that case.

    Any help is appreciated!

    ModifiedBy field of the Task should give you the info of the user who market it complete.

    Would this field get overwritten by the owner if they went back to add a note or will it always be the user that marks complete?

    ModifiedOn will always be the user that marked a task as completed. When a user marks a task as completed, the form becomes read-only. Adding (relating) a notes to an entity doesn't change the modified-on field of the related entity.
