  Hi,
  looking to solve a problem led  me here, although now, I can't download live onecare.  It started with my pc, I receive a trying to install message box when ever I try to install I-tunes, or any other program, click on a icon on my desk top for a new program.  It tries to install and then I get the could not install, maybe due to computor in safe mode-not in safe mode- or corrupt file.  I have restored to now avail and now stuck.  Any thoughts?
