Live one car let virus in my computer

  I have a virus on my computer. Live one care did not catch it or anything. I am really disappointed and probably will not renew my subscription. I cannot find the virus or know which one it is since live one care isnt showing it to me. I am going to have to pay 300.00 to get my computer wiped clean so i have to start all over and back up disks are not an options since the virus is on there too.It is hard to find a number to contact these poeple and i dont likve having to scroll down page after page to hunt for a number to get help. Any ideas people on how to NOT have to pay someone to wipe my computer clean and get help by Live one care.
