CRM 2015 Server-Side Sync with Office 365 RRS feed

  • I really need help on this one.  I am trying to approve emails in CRM and nothing seems to work!  I activate it, I click the Approve email button (I am the only user in CRM/O365 therefore I'm a global admin) and when I click test/enable mailbox, It still comes back with the message: 

    Email cannot be sent because the email address of the mailbox <Username> requires an approval by an Office 365 administrator. The mailbox has been disabled for sending email and the owner of the email server profile Microsoft Exchange Online has been notified.
