Win10x64, OUTLOOK CLASSIC MAIL - export generating error "Code>SharingViolation</Code> <Message>The specified resource may be in use by an SMB client" RRS feed

  • Outlook Classic Mail, selected https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/general/export - received msg advising export ready for download, selected "download"

    Generates error: 

    https://trspediscapc.file.core.windows.net/file xxx'd outxxx.pst?sv=2017-07-29&sr=f&si=policyxxx'd outxxxx=Rmm3OlxS%2BZH6TJ%2FGeO5rRX%2Fu1CAq6RwFfLY%2BL2wqO0w%3D

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
    <Message>The specified resource may be in use by an SMB client. RequestId:xxxoutxxxx Time:2018-06-03T08:30:50.9792363Z</Message>


    Have tried different browsers & different email accounts - same result - am unable to download the exported file.

    Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated please.
