Possibility to the end users to create their own fields p/s? RRS feed

    What will happen, if you would give possibility to the end users to create their own fields per record basis and than suggest only those field in the new record entry that have the highest reank in this record?

    Hi James,

    You can't create fields per record, it's done per entity which will give a lot of fields on the account entity for example. What is it you want to do with these fields?

    Can it be a solution to to a 1:N link with another entity and create records that are shown in a sub grid?

    Hi James,

    The reason is that the system is built that way, it would be rather hard to have 5'000'000 records with their own sets of fields.

    So the big question is what it is you want to accomplish and then you can start looking at different ways of doing it. What sort of fields would you like to add to account A that shouldn't be available on account B?
