LYNC with CRM agent control panel RRS feed

  • I did this solution CRM Integration with LYNC  but when I received a call and put the call on hold the customer think that we close the call , can I put a music on hold in case I answer from CRM agent control panel ??



    When enabling client music on hold, music will be played any time a caller is placed on hold. Please run the following command to set EnableClientMusicOnHold as True.

     

    Set-CsClientPolicy  -Identity global –EnableClientMusicOnHold $True

     

    this situation requires more configuration at the CRM agent Control Panel, our Lync/OCS side may not be able to provide the efficient methods
