Hi,
Cheap can be good but there's a lot of chaos out that that's free so you really have to look for quality.
First of you can download a trial version of office to use Excel instead of open office. That way you are sure what you train fits the program you are after.
Then take a look at this site for the first steps:

Furthermore this link will also provide you with enough choice to look for resources:

Look for 'how to videos' on this site and from there you'll find much more resources you can learn from.
If you are ready to dive something deeper then visit Chip Pearsons site: www.cpearson.com who has tons of materials to learn from.
