I have set group policy for different account e.g. Administrator & normal user. When login as "administrator", it is fine to open the office 2007 file format attachment in IE7. However, when login as "normal user", it fail to do so, and prompt up a message "This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer. Please contact administration."
I have check the group policy, it should allow to run the office application on normal user account. The setting for the PC are as follow: using Window XP, IE7, Office 2003 with compactibility pack to open Office 2007.
Another strange stuff is that although I can open Office 2007 document in the "Administrator" account, it will still prompt up a error - "Windowscannotfind 'path/file name'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. to search for a file, click the Start botton, and then click Seach".
