    It sounds like you want to want integrate OCS and Avaya with Enterprise Voice.  This is a multi-faceted operation that requires additional servers (Mediation), hardware (Media Gateway) and much additional configuration to integrate the two.  Can you supply more details as to exactly what you have and what you want to acheive so that we can point in the right documentation?

    Do you mean that, the Avaya ip softphone or other thing, like Jeff asked, what do you want to deploy and achieve?
    Maybe your deployment not releated with OCS.
    Because Avaya also has a UC integration soulation between the outlook and Avaya.
