  • Other queues works fine. I've checked other few things. I found many disabled users who has the queues email address as his primary email address. after deleting this email addresses, everything is working fine.

    thank you for your help

  • Few things to check:

    1. Ensure you've clicked 'Approve E-mail' on the queue (although I think you get a specific error message if you've not done this)

    2. Ensure that the owner of the queue is an active user and has a role that allows them access to emails.

    3. Can you add emails directly to the queue from within the user interface - or does this error only happen when delivering via the email router?

  • hi scott,

    thank you for your response.

    1. I've approved the queue on "Settings" / "Business Management" / "Queues" / "Approve Email". I think, this should not be the problem. so far, the "Process e-mails only for approved queues" flag under "System Settings" is disabled.
    2. The queues owner is active. the user has the role System Administrator. Is it required that the queues e-mail address is identical with the primary e-mail address from owner?
    3. I've added a sent email to the queue. this works.

  • Do any other queues accept emails - is it just this one or is it all receive queues?

The next thing to try would be to enable tracing on the Platform server side, and find the corresponding error there - it will give more information.
