  • Your Product Key is a Blocked Volume License Key - which is why MSE and the WGA process are complaining.

Your Office installation is also counterfeit.

For what version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed, according  to the COA sticker on the case?

If it's Windows XP Pro, then

Use the Product Key Update Tool - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, then reboot and  post a new MGADiag report so we can confirm that everything went OK
