Re-Installing Live Care

Question
-
These instructions provided by Microsoft are driving me crazy.
I had One Care installed by a tech last October when I bought my computer.
Because I was receiving notices that my subscription was expiring in 30 days (which can't be possible)..I uninstalled and reinstalled the software because my computer was showing that I was using a Trial Version.
After re-installing, it's worse. Instead of my subscription expiring in 30 days, it is now showing 15 days. How can this be since the computer and the software are less than 6 months old.
How can I contact someone directly to straighten out this problem?
I have provided my key on re-installation, but was prompted that it wasn't necessary because the software is in use. Yet..on my computer, it showed that I had a Trial Version. If I paid for the software, how is it a trial version? Did the tech that originally installed the software screw up? Even so...there should be a way for me to straighten this mess up....but how?

If you have an active subscription, which is what was created when you activated on the first computer, you need to use the same LiveID on the subsequent activations. You can't use the same key twice. If you are arriving at a screen to purchase or provide a token, you are likely not using the same LiveID as the subscription ID.
If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.

Nothing worked! Because my subscription would expire in April anyway, I uninstalled software and loaded free 90 days trial. However, it some-how tells me now, that I have only 15 days. Anyway, this is a problem. Before uninstalling the program I went into "help", "about.. "and got the ID:92617-815-2839247-04723 which did not help me, because it has 20 characters not 25!
It is really bad! I am going to use it for now, but if I wouldn't be able to get the answer - will get another program. Didn't expect it from Microsoft! Please advice.

You have 15 days left because it is a reinstall. You need to activate and you need to find out what the LiveID was that your subscription is associated with. My previous post in this thread explains how to contact support to find out your LiveID. The product key and product ID are not the same thing. And prior to the uninstall, what you needed was the Subscription ID, which is the LiveID or email address that you used to activate your subscription.

I had to uninstall Live OneCare and now it will not reinstall. I get "unable to install" error 0019-880070643. Is Microsoft defrauding it's customers? They take the money but do not provide the service. Please call- 225-272-0128
