Issue with screen resolution.

  I just finished my server/client software. It a server/client Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP software). But I have issue with screen resolution.
  I developed with 1366 X 768 but when I tested it with another system having 1280 X 768 after compilation and deployment some of the form interface were cut off.
  I want all objects on form to automatically re-size base on screen resolution. I have tried some codes but its not working as I want it to. Can any one help? Thanks in advance.
