Hi, see example below. In my case it is correctly removing me (Paul Nieuwelaar) from both the To and CC fields when I hit Reply All.

However if you have any contacts with the same email address as you, and they are also included in the CRM email, then they will not be removed when you reply all. If this is your problem then you should consider deleting the contact record(s) so CRM does
not track against the contact as well as your user.
