One Care Installation Error Code 0X04500816 ????

Can someone please tell me what this means? This is my first computer and I feel so stupid! My computer is running so slow and I am trying to fix it myself. Thanks so much.

I'm not sure of the meaning of that error code but it could be caused by a malware infection or by having another antivirus product running on the computer. You can try troubleshooting the installation issue yourself by looking at this installation troubleshooter - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/910656 or you can contact support for help with installation. Thanks so much for your help; I did have another antivirus product running on my computor. I was able to resolve the issue myself, and appreciated the info.
