  • Hi,

It is possible to change it and i hope its not comes under supported customization. It will comes under unsupported customization. Instead of that you can customize the status reason.

The followings links will be helpful to you for customize status reason.

  • Hi,

I want to change the label(Disqualify) not the options that comes under "Disqualify"
Already, I have changed the options under Status(Open, Qualify, Disqualify).
I need to change that text("Disqualify" - Highlighted in screenshot) To some other text like "ABC".
I got the url that popup(opened after clicking on "qualify") but how to customixe that window, no idea.
    Can you help me, please.

    Thanks,

  • Hello Anish,

The way i did is by doing changes to aspx page of lead form. Which is very unsupported way. But you can achieve what you are looking for by editing aspx page of lead form. You can find all forms in crmweb folder in Microsoft DynamicsCRM

  • Hi Anish,

Above "Convert Lead dialog" comes from "conv_lead.aspx"  in MS CRM onpremise.

I am afraid we cannot customize the same for MS CRM online as we do not have access to file system.

However You can overwrite the behaviour of the "Qualify button" by changing ribbon XML and Javascript.

    Hope this helps,

    Regards,

    Yusuf

  • Hi Mohammad Yusuf Ansari,

    Thanks, to give usefull information,
It means this customization is not possible if it is Online CRM.
So, tell me whether i need to overwrite the behaviour of the "Qualify Button"(Is It Possible) Or,
I need to hide this "Qualify Button" and add another new button on ribbon and do according to need??

    Thanks,
    Anish

  • Hi Anish,

Create one field "IsLeadQualified".When you qualify the lead(override the ribbon button) set it to true and save the form.

Write  a plugin on update of this field and qualify the lead .Refer below link

    Hope this helps,
