How can I invoke a VSTS Task Twice with multiple arguments RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a variable(MyDUMMYVariable) which has 2 values comma separated. i.e. TRUE, FALSE

I also have a VSTS Powershell Task which will accept this variable value and print it in console.

How can I get the same PS script executed twice with these multiple values ?

    Output:

    MyDUMMYVariable: TRUE

    MyDUMMYVariable: FALSE

I dont want a foreach inside the PS...I want to make the task execute twice. This is because I have other tasks to be executed after the PS script that needs to be executed. i.e. For True value multiple tasks will be performed ....then for FALSE multiple  values will be performed.

  • Hi Sameer S Panicker,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

This forum is Discuss and ask questions about the Test tools in Visual Studio including web performance, load testing and of course the hot new Coded UI testing.

According to your description, you issue is related to VSTS build, I recommend you could post your issue on Stack Overflow or Developer Community, where the MS support engineers for VSTS will assist you with it.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards,
