Blank page with JS Error on line 194 RRS feed

  • Hi guys

    I've installed CRM 4 to a Windows 2003 Server.  When I open the CRM site, all I see is a blank blue screen and a JS errror msg as follows:

    I've seen numerous posts about how to resolve this, but those are all Windows 2008 Server related.  Any suggestions for my scenario?

  • Can you try to access the CRM URL from a different machine.  The error you are describing is an IE script error.  If accessing CRM from a different machine doesn't work then check the Appliication log in the event viewer for errors and let us know what you find.

  • Tks Donna.  I tried re-installing CRM and that seemed to fix the issue.
