CRM implementation, ~200 workstations, hardware requirements RRS feed

  • I want to calculate hardware requirements for 200-user CRM enviroment.

    A majority of the CRM users will be in customer support and will be

    accessing CRM through web access. Let's say that system needs to handle

    200 users accessing it ***at the same time! ***, some of them searching

    through KB, some using it's report functionality.

    Can anyone provide information on hardware requirements?

    I tried searching microsoft implementation guides but theres no

    exact method for calculating server requirements or
    number of servers needed taking user number and/or their habbits

    into account..
