    I purchased Streets and Trips last Thursday at Staples - it was 2010.  Now I find out 2011 is selling. Is there any way I can upgrade to 2011 for less than the full price?

    Bill, try to go back to Staples and ask if they would exchange the 2010 you bought last Thursday for the new version. You may get lucky, and they may agree.
