LogonUI.exe - Bad Image - Error in Windows 7 x64 Business SP1

  Windows load screen comes up, then the resolution switches, I am unable to use the mouse or keyboard. I get a error message:

   LogonUI.exe - Bad Image

  something about a problem with "windows\system32\RpcRtRemote.dll"

  when I boot with advanced option:

  Disable Driver Signature Enforcement I am able to get to windows without any trouble.  Is this a good thing. Should I just continue to use windows like this Or can this problem be resolved? This happened right after I installed sp1.
