  I do not know what happened but I believe it was due to recent updates my computer installed. I can no longer install anything I noticed this when I was trying to open a pdf file and I was told I needed to get adobe reader or a similar program. I went to the recommended site and I click download. It goes through the whole process then right after it ask permission I click ok and then I see another smaller window that says windows installer cannot be acces it may be because it is not installed correctly. It has happened ever since with anything I try to download and install from games to microsoft fix it center. I do not know what to do now. Please help. I have a desktop HP Pavillion running Windows Vista service pack 2- 32 bit.
