  • Hi,
I'm a sora user from Institute of Computing Technology,Chinese Academy of Sciences.I have a question about SoraSDK 802.11Sample code. here is my question:
    In DriverEntry,there's an IDIS-function named "NdisMRegisterDevice(NdisWrapperHandle, &devName, &symLinkName, DispatchTable, &g_pDeviceObj, &g_NdisDeviceHandle); " Where're the "&devName","&symLinkName","DispatchTable" from?In the function , they're input-parameters, but they're defined as variables,why? What do they mean?

  • The NdisMRegisterDevice is called when the driver is installed (correct me if it's not right). It's a general function for all kinds of Windows drivers. Maybe you can go to Windows WDK samples for more details of the function.
