  • Unfortunately, your MGA Report shows a Volume License version of Windows XP Professional whose product key had been blocked by Microsoft at the request of the original owner of the Volume License.  You'll need to reformat your hard drive and install a genuine version of Windows, such as Windows 7 Professional - Full Version.

  • Does your Dell OptiPlex GX620 computer have a Certificate of Authenticity for Windows XP Pro?  If so, try the Product Key Updater to see if it can "genuine-ize" your Windows installation.
