  • Hello GlenFD,

    Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage - 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 - 108 Invalid VLK

    OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0
    Signed By: Microsoft

    Your computer has two installations of Office.

    You have a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of Office XP Professional with Front Page which was done with a very widely pirated and now blocked Volume Licensing Product Key.

    You also have a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of Office Professional Plus 2007 which was done with an Invalid Product Key.  An Invalid Product Key is a key made with a pirating program known as a Key Generator (KeyGen for short).  This product key was never offically issued by Microsoft, making it Invalid.

    Office Professional Plus 2007, which is properly sold only under a Volume licensing agreement to larger business, educational, and governmental organizations, is quite often counterfeited and sold on internet auction sites masquerading as a retail license and packaging for Office 2007 Pro.

    If possible, return the software to your seller and get your money back.  If that does not work out, please view the Office Genuine Offer FAQ http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC to see if you qualify for discounted or complimentary replacement of your counterfeit Office.  If you decide to participate in the Office Genuine Offer, please click on the "Learn More Online" links that you are being shown by the OGA Notifications utility.
