Hi Mohsen,
I haven't had a chance to test this i 2007, but do see the expected behavior in 2010 and it is the same as you are seeing, although the Gantt view showing the progress can be misleading. I had my project start as today Wednesday 10th, but then Resource 1 entered start of Thursday 11th and some time, and Resource 2 entered start of Monday 16th and some time. This then creates a delay of 1d at the beggining of the task - so the task still starts on the 10th, but no work is entered until the 11th. The work entered on the 16th may or may not be obvious on the Gantt depending on the amount entered - but the exact details will be evident in the Resource Usage view, as will the assignment start dates.
You are correct that this behavior is slightly different if there is only one resource, as then the start date can be moved rather than using the delay. The initial start date is kept after the 1st resource enters time, as the resource 2 may have entered time on the start date (but in this case did not). This is expected behavior, but I can appreciate why you think it should be otherwise.
Best regards,
Brian.

hi brian
thanks for your answer i know you can see this diffrent behavior in task usage but you know in web access you can make many vir=ew for your pm , execute manager now i have more than 20 view one of them is start variance and in it if diffrent between actual start and baseline start is more yhan 15 days the kpi show red if i have gantt without resource and pm insert actual atart manually it work but if ihave res assingment my view show only green and it mean all the task start as it must start
i think when pm manager accept the the start / finish , %com that submited by resource in web access it must change the gantt and pm not force to tune it in task usage or resource usage
best regards
