  • Question

  • I have been using this xp machine for several years. I tried to set up a home network with another system and had to change network cards a couple times. Now it wants me to redo the activation. The problem is that the form asking me to Activate is all blue - no buttons or anything - all I see is the frame of the form with a blue view screen.

Who do I call, what is the phone number, how do I activate this thing?

If you can't post a phone number here then send it to me at my email (logon) address.

Is this going to cost me $59 as one of your web pages says?

This problem is often caused by reinstalling XP over an installation with a higher version of Internet Explorer installed – try installing IE7 or IE8 (depending on which you had previously) and then activating.
