CRM2015->2016 update another strange issue RRS feed

    Hi guys.
    Upgraded from CRM2015 -> CRM2016 on premises, and configured IFD.

    User with sysadmin role is able to create opportunity, but can not delete it.
    he recieves an error:

    Now DOWNLOAD LOG FILE is being greyed out, that's one issue, but here comes the fun part.
    Opportunity was created in IE, and he is unable to delete it thru IE (he gets that upper message),  but if users tries to delete it thru Google Chrome browser, he can successfully delete it. Strange!
