outlook, set regarding option for CRM integration RRS feed

    Hello - we are using crm 2013 outlook plugin and it seems that when you Set Regarding before sending the email, the email

    doesn't sometime link with the right account.  However, if you do the Set Regarding after the send...then it does. 

    Both scenarios show that the Set Regarding is on the right account within the Outlook message window, but if I do a 'View CRM',

    the pre-send scenario gives me an error - so record doesn't seem to exist in CRM.  Anyone seen this before?
