Cannot publish module to technet gallery

Hi Guys,
I am trying to publish new powershell module to the techet gallery but it fails all the time complaining on verification code. It fails even if the code is good. Here is the error message

Anyone??? What are the requirements for publishing scripts in technet gallery? It looks like that my account don't have permissions to post it. Can anyone help?

I report them all the time and the MSDN/TechNet accounts get banned but then they usually don't bother to cleanup the gallery unless you specifically mention it.

Hi Guys,
No one replied yet from fissues team. I hope that they will answer soon? I thought first that I need to choose different license agreement and I tried with both TechNet Terms of Use and MIT but nothing worked and I saw that users are using TechNet Terms of Use when publishing new scripts. After I thought that my account is not verified and now it is but still not working.
