When trying to add OneCare to my 2nd pc, here's the msg. I get. "OCSetup.exe entry point not found" "The procedure entry point GetProcessID could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL.32.dll". What does this mean?Saturday, February 2, 2008 8:00 PM

I suspect that you are attempting to install OneCare on an unsupported operating system such as Windows 2000 or 98. OneCare can only be installed on XP (32 bit) or Vista (32 and 64 bit editions).

Just in case you didn't read it, the moderator's entry states "OneCare requires XP SP2.". That was my problem. Once I got the SP2, it went off w/out a hitch.Monday, February 11, 2008 3:47 AM

Thanks for confirming this. I didn't realize that OneCare would throw such a strange error for XP Service pack 1, though I've seen it with Windows 2000 and 98.
